Privacy policy

Effective: 25 October 2026. Melodissimo is made by Anoran Technology ("we").

In short

You can play without signing up. We only keep what is needed so your progress and coins are safe and purchases are recorded. We do not sell data, show ads, or use your email for marketing.

Data we keep

• Player ID and install ID: created automatically when the app is first opened, to save progress on the server.
• Game progress: stars, best scores, coins, inventory, game settings.
• Email and password (only if you create an account): to sign in, reset your password, and send security notices. Passwords are stored as a hash, never as plain text.
• Purchase history: the pack bought, amount, time, and transaction number from the App Store or Google Play. We never receive card, bank account, or PIN details.
• Devices: device type, app version, and last active time, for the "Devices" list in your account.
• Hashed IP address: to prevent abuse (for example password guessing). The real IP is not stored.
• Microphone: used while playing to hear the pianika's notes. Sound is processed on the device itself, never recorded, and never sent anywhere.
• Usage data: short records such as "song started" or "song finished, 3 stars", without names or emails, to improve the game.

Who processes data for us

• Cloud hosting providers: servers and data storage.
• An email delivery service: sending code and notice emails.
• Apple, Google and a purchase-management service: processing purchases on the App Store and Google Play.
• Apple iCloud and Game Center (on iPhone/iPad, when turned on): backing up progress to your iCloud, and leaderboards.

Children

Melodissimo is made for students. Players under 13 should create an account with a parent's email, and purchases should be made by, or with, a parent.

How long we keep it

For as long as the account is active. Inactive guest players with no purchases are deleted automatically. When an account is deleted, progress, email, password, and devices are deleted right away; transaction records are kept without personal data for bookkeeping.

Your rights

You can see your Player ID and email in the app, change your email or password, and delete your account at any time from the app or from the account deletion page. Questions: melodissimo@anoran.id.

• Riwayat transaksi: paket yang dibeli, nominal, waktu, dan nomor transaksi dari App Store atau Google Play. Kami tidak menerima data kartu, rekening, atau PIN.
• Perangkat: jenis perangkat, versi app, dan waktu terakhir aktif, untuk daftar "Perangkat" di akunmu.
• Alamat IP dalam bentuk hash: untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan (misalnya tebak-tebakan password). IP asli tidak disimpan.
• Mikrofon: dipakai saat bermain untuk mendengar nada pianika. Suara diproses langsung di perangkat, tidak direkam, dan tidak dikirim ke mana pun.
• Data pemakaian: catatan singkat seperti "lagu dimulai" atau "lagu selesai, 3 bintang", tanpa nama atau email, untuk memperbaiki game.

Pihak yang memproses data untuk kami

• Penyedia layanan cloud: server dan penyimpanan data.
• Layanan pengiriman email: pengiriman email kode dan pemberitahuan.
• Apple, Google, dan layanan pengelola pembelian: pemrosesan pembelian di App Store dan Google Play.
• Apple iCloud dan Game Center (di iPhone/iPad, bila aktif): cadangan progress di iCloud-mu dan papan skor.

Anak-anak

Melodissimo dibuat untuk pelajar. Pemain di bawah 13 tahun sebaiknya membuat akun dengan email orang tua, dan pembelian dilakukan atau didampingi orang tua.

Berapa lama disimpan

Selama akun aktif. Pemain tamu yang tidak aktif dan tidak punya pembelian dihapus otomatis. Saat akun dihapus, progress, email, password, dan perangkat langsung dihapus; catatan transaksi disimpan tanpa data pribadi untuk keperluan pembukuan.

Hak kamu

Kamu bisa melihat ID pemain dan email di app, mengganti email atau password, dan menghapus akun kapan saja dari app atau dari halaman hapus akun. Pertanyaan: melodissimo@anoran.id.
